Our Process

Consult

I begin with a full one-on-one consultation on site (or virtually), understanding your goals for your project, the specifics of the site and budget. Visiting site, analysing and researching constraints to fully understand the project possibilities is the first step.

Design

Our designs are rooted in the unique language of each site and brief – creating elegant, creative and resilient solutions. Architectural design at this stage will incorporate planning and building regulations applications to ensure compliance.

CREATE

I oversee tendering for the right contractor, managing projects on site, and keeping track of costs. I work closely with a team of trusted local contractors and consultants delivering projects across Cornwall.  We can work flexibly so you have as much or as little support as you need during construction.

superland studio covers all stages of design and construction – from feasibility and design, to planning, tendering for contractors, supervision on site through to completion and handover to the client.

I work with all sizes of projects including residential, conservation, commercial and community builds. I will provide you with a tailored service at any stage of your building process.

OUR FEES

Each project will have a different fee proposal, because each brief has it’s own unique set of design requirements.

The Studio will either charge a % of the construction cost or an hourly rate £75 / hour.

Your fee proposal will be broken down into stages: you will clearly see the steps involved from consultation right through to working on site, with corresponding fees at each stage. That way everything is transparent.
