‘A full renovation of a mid 19th century Cornish stone farmhouse in a poor state of repair. Due to excessive water ingress at this exposed coastal site, the project required traditional lime-based materials to allow the walls to ‘breathe’. Working with a modern insulated lime product for added thermal efficiency for the internal plastering. New insulated slab with underfloor heating system and ASHP, to work with the existing solar panel installation at roof level. All new high specification windows and doors, and selection of natural interior finishes to create a beautiful eco friendly home.’
